List changes does not update Database

I have configured the environment for SLAM and all works fine.  Recently I noticed that the changes made to the list does not updates the Database.  I have to run the "Synchronization" to get the list and the databse in sync again.

The user account used to to get to teh DB has the right access.

Please let me know if anyone else has faced this issue and what is teh solution.

If you look at the diagnostics screen, do you see any errors being surfaced?

If not, it's possible that the event handlers were not attached properly - try reactivating SLAM and see if that allows for items to be synced properly upon create/edit/delete.

How can I make sure my table and the corresponding SP List remain in sync? What field(s) does SLAM use to do updates?

Hi Jyjohnson,

By default, when SLAM is properly configured, any changes to your SharePoint list are automatically updated in SQL.  Changes in SQL, it should be noted, do not update the SharePoint list.  Not sure I understand your question about which fields SLAM uses to do updates...
