A sharepoint noob here: I downloaded the lastest version of the zipped SLAM file. Extracted it to the network drive where the sharepoint site is run off of. The registry file works just fine, but when I click on the Setup.exe file I get the following error:
 
"CodePlex.SharepointInstaller has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience."
Under the "....data does this error report contain..." hyperlink I get "EventType clr20r3 P1: setup.exe P2: 1.0.0.0 P3 497a0706 P4 setup P5 1.0.0.0 P6: 497a0706 P7: ae P8: 28 P9: system.io.filenotfoundexception"
 
I verified the server is running 3.5 sp1.
I am running the free WSS as opposed to MOSS - I'm not certain if Sharepoint 2007 is required for SLAM or not...could'nt find that in the documentation anywhere?
Help!
